Begin the week with good energy and tune into nature’s rhythms. Each week Maggie Pichura will select a different Teatown area to share woodland wisdom and the healing power of nature.

For adults.

  • Program meets at the large owl mural behind Teatown's Visitor Center. Please wear proper footwear for Teatown's trails, and bring water.
  • Limit 10 participants. Participants are required to wear face masks, and to practice physical distancing during the program.
  • Programs require pre-registration. Online registration available until 24 hours before the event.
